Radford: A 41-year-old man was fined £150 for publishing a photo taken in Nottingham Magistrates' Court. The picture captured parties involved in proceedings and was published in the city on January 21. Stephen Martin King, of Hartley Road, was found guilty at the same court of the charge under the 1925 Criminal Justice Act.
